Biography

Lisa Lattimore, MBA, M.S., is the Director of the Engineering Freshman Learning Community and a Lecturer for the ENGR 1201- Introduction to Engineering Principles and Practices and ENGR 1301 – Foundations of Math and Science for Engineers for the Office of Student Success and Development within William States Lee College of Engineering.  

Prior to joining the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she worked within the food and beverage, cosmetics, medical device and pharmaceutical industries for thirty plus years focusing on product and process development, corporate/manufacturing quality, compliance and management systems with Amazon, NSF International, Johnson & Johnson, Campbell Soup Company and Kraft Foods companies.

She has a passion to increase the number of females in the field of engineering. As a result, she joined the Office of Student Development and Success to work with first year engineering students to foster their academic and professional career journeys.
