Transition Coaching

MAPS Transition Coaching is a peer-led program designed to help engineering students successfully transition into UNC Charlotte’s College of Engineering. Through structured weekly sessions, students build the academic skills, habits and confidence needed to thrive in a rigorous engineering environment.

Grounded in the MAPS Coaching Program Manual and Curriculum Guide, each session focuses on proven strategies for student success and professional development.
