Advising

Academic advising helps you build your course plan, understand degree requirements, navigate university policies and make informed decisions about your academic path. Who advises you depends on where you are in your degree. First-year students work with the Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS) advisors during the Common First Year. Once you declare your major, you transition to your department’s advising team. All undergraduate students must complete pre-registration advising before each semester’s registration window opens.
