Office of Student Development and Success

The Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS) helps engineering students develop a passion and sense of pride for their W.S. Lee College of Engineering education and chosen professions. By beginning with our unique first-year experience and common curriculum, then leveraging our advising and success programs, Niner Engineers become self-motivated and independent learners, problem solvers and professionals. All OSDS faculty have worked as practicing engineers and engineering leaders, each bringing real-world experience and perspective to the classroom as well as all student interactions.
